Please call for times. March brings warm days and freezing nights, just what is needed to encourage sap flow in maple trees. Join us as we demonstrate how to identify and tap a maple, and then boil the sap down to syrup. Enjoy delicious French toast sticks dipped in real maple syrup. Dress for weather, mud and ice.
